• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, account security, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jiliccplay Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Your jiliccplay account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliccplay login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliccplay account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected.
• jiliccplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• GCash withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• jiliccplay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiliccplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• jiliccplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. • Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliccplay Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliccplay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform's operation.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from events beyond jiliccplay's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

The jiliccplay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In all cases, jiliccplay's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliccplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliccplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By using the jiliccplay Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The personal data we collect is used for the purposes of account registration and management, identity verification and KYC compliance, processing of deposits and withdrawals, fraud prevention and security monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). jiliccplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the VIP program.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine gaming authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jiliccplay's decision regarding account termination is final and binding.

You may also choose to close your jiliccplay account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following the completion of standard verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jiliccplay through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team. jiliccplay will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.

jiliccplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the jiliccplay Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jiliccplay Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
